In order to fuel this growth, my teaching style focuses on raising an awareness around the beliefs and patterns that hold us back in order to move past our boundaries towards our highest potentials.
As a rock climber, dancer and overall athlete by heart, my experience in constantly pushing my limits has taught me the wisdom that lies behind the art and science of yoga: balance. What I have discovered along the way is that the key to balance lies within the subtleties, and is found within the art of playing with our boundaries while honoring our limits. This play is truly a finesse, a dance between control and surrender that demonstrates the importance of awareness. With (consistent) practice, this exploration sheds light on those unrecognized capabilities that lie within each of us that tend to be shaded by the colorings of our perspective. When applied, this practice encourages us to soften around resistance, and we begin to see more of our truth - a truth that is revealed within a state of effortless observation. Through this, we are guided back to balance, we organically sink into our true essence and are fueled as we step into our power and effortlessly thrive.
