Yin is the perfect compliment to our active lifestyle/practice, along with quieting the rigorous mental and physical demands that we place on ourselves. This class takes a gentle approach with restorative poses, providing opportunity to focus more on meditation. We use props to support each pose that helps confront the deep tissue and fascial networks throughout the body, allowing for greater opening in the body that tends to hold tension (hips, low back, neck and shoulders anyone?!). Yin is accessible to all levels and all ages.
