A fusion of sweat and serenity that will strengthen your body, increase your cardio rate, sharpen your mind, and leave your spirit softened. Appropriate for students of all levels, as modifications will be offered to help find your groove according to your body type and needs.
This class is usually heated, but some class times are offered as non-heated during the summer months and are specified on the schedule.
