A 3-week workshop series to find balance and stay grounded during the holiday madness.
Themed differently each week, Karli will guide a 75-minute all levels yoga practice to restore the mind, energize the body, and nourish the soul. After an intentional practice, you will enjoy a delicious bowl of soup while listening to an easy-going lecture on the nutrition topic of the week, introduced by Registered Dietician, Olivia Martino. Participants will receive nutrition education materials and recipes to take home. Embrace self-care and give yourself the gift of peace through the holiday season. An opportunity to nourish your soul and find balance--on, and off the mat.

Week 1 (Dec 6): Focus on slowing down, turning within, and honor your needs to set the tone for this season’s madness. Nutrition discussion: Mindful Eating.
Week 2 (Dec 13): "Honor the light within." This week introduces poses to take with you off the mat in order to sustain healthy energy through life’s stressors. Nutrition discussion: Managing your body’s cravings.
Week 3 (Dec 20): Cultivate inner joy & celebrate the essence of who you are. We will move through a purposeful “heart centered” practice, opening up to give and receive this holiday season. Nutrition discussion: Finding Balance.
