Gratitude changes your brain, and it changes the world. Gratitude requires awareness. Yoga is a practice of awareness, and awareness is the light that helps us interact, realize, and see things as they are.
The more you practice gratitude, the more you will find to be grateful for, and the more grateful you are, the more present you become. This attitude ignites personal growth, because when we open ourselves up to being present we begin to see more of ourselves and our surroundings.
In honor of you, quiet the noise and come practice gratitude on the mat. Join Karli on Sunday for a special Thanksgiving Yin Yoga class.
Gratitude is the highest form of yoga.
