Basic Yoga Foundations is great for both beginners and advanced yogis, whether it be an introduction to yoga or a reminder of the basic principles. This class takes a closer look at our practice by breaking down each pose, explains how and where to engage in the body, and what to focus on in each shape. Through basic postures and alignment guidance, you will be provided the opportunity to discover the benefits of yoga at your own pace.
